JSA Capital S.L., operating under the Metaxium brand and its companies MetaXTerra, MetaXAgora and MetaXVolt (collectively, "Metaxium Group", "we"), is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Personal data we collect

When you contact us through our website or any of our companies' sites, we collect:

• Information about your inquiry: the nature of your interest, capacity needs, or partnership proposal
• Any information you voluntarily share with us in your message

We do not collect sensitive personal data (ethnic origin, health, religious beliefs, etc.) nor do we request it at any point.

Your data may be shared within the Metaxium Group (MetaXTerra, MetaXAgora, MetaXVolt and Metaxium) when your inquiry corresponds better to another business line — for example, if your interest in compute capacity also involves a land or energy component. Outside of this case, we do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, unless required by a competent authority under law.

4. How your information is stored

Information submitted through our forms is received directly by our team and kept in our internal email and contact management systems, with restricted access. We do not use your information for purposes other than those described here.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights under Mexican law, or your GDPR rights if applicable). You may also withdraw your consent for the use of your data at any time.
